We pay 10% of first-year contract value, up to $100,000, for introductions that lead to a signed contract. One email could be worth a lot.

We just launched Arzana through Y Combinator. We automate the front office for US manufacturers and distributors — quoting, order entry, customer communication, all of it. We are growing through warm introductions and we want to reward the people who make them happen.

Paid on the base contract value. If the customer pays monthly, your referral fee is paid monthly as we receive payment. If they pay upfront, you receive the full amount at once.

Who makes a good referral?

The best referrals are people you know personally who are dealing with this problem right now. If you have ever heard a manufacturing or distribution contact say any of the following, that is your person.

Our sales team spends more time doing data entry than selling.

We lose deals because we are too slow to respond to quotes.

Every order has to be manually re-keyed into the system.

We have no idea where half our open quotes stand right now.

The ideal contact is a VP of Sales, CEO, COO, or VP of Operations at a US manufacturer or distributor doing between $25M and $500M in annual revenue. Metal fabrication, plastics, packaging, paper converting, industrial distribution, custom manufacturing. If they are dealing with manual front office work, they are a fit.

Process

How the program works.

Submit your referral below.

Fill out the short form with your contact’s name, company, and a sentence on why they are a fit. That timestamps your referral and locks in your credit.

2.

We reach out and schedule a call.

We handle everything from here. Your contact books a call through our Calendly link. You do not need to be involved unless you want to be.

3.

If they sign within 90 days, you get paid.

The contract must be signed within 90 days of the first call, for a minimum of $48,000, and for a full 12-month term. If all three conditions are met, your payout is triggered.

4.

We wire the money within 30 days.

No games, no complicated terms. First referral gets credit. If your contact names multiple referrers, the fee is split evenly. If they name no one, no fee is paid.

What you earn

Refer us to a qualified manufacturer or distributor who signs a contract and you earn 10% of their first-year base contract value, up to $100,000 per referral. There is no limit on how many referrals you can make.

Who qualifies as a lead

To be eligible for a referral payout, the contact you refer must meet all of the following:

  • Based in the United States
  • A manufacturer or distributor
  • Between $25M and $500M in annual revenue
  • Not currently in active conversations with Arzana at the time of your referral

Deal requirements

For a referral to qualify for payment, the following must all be true:

  • The contract must be signed within 90 days of the first call with Arzana
  • The contract must be for a minimum of $48,000
  • The contract must cover a full 12-month term

Deals that close after 90 days from the first call do not qualify, regardless of circumstances.

How and when you get paid

Payouts are tied to when Arzana receives payment from the customer:

  • If the customer pays in full upfront: You receive your full referral fee in a single payment within 30 days of contract signing.
  • If the customer pays monthly: You receive your referral fee in monthly installments, paid within 30 days of each payment we receive from the customer.
  • If the customer churns: Payments stop at the point the customer stops paying. You are not entitled to the remaining unpaid portion of the referral fee.

Referral fees are calculated on the base contract value only. Upsells, expansions, and renewals are not included.

If multiple people refer the same contact

If more than one person refers the same contact, credit is determined by what the contact reports on their intake form when booking their call:

  • If they name one referrer, that person receives full credit
  • If they name multiple referrers, the fee is split evenly among those named
  • If they name no one, no referral fee is paid

Self-referrals

You may refer yourself. The same rules apply — submit the form below and we will take it from there.

What we reserve the right to do

Arzana reserves the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue this referral program at any time with 30 days notice
  • Deny payment if we reasonably determine that a referral was made in bad faith or in violation of these terms
  • Request documentation to verify a referral before issuing payment
